Because I’m terrified of ghosts (really), and your video will show me you’re serious about the job, and won’t ghost me after I find a babysitter and set time aside for your interview.
Important – it must be completed so super soon. Like, think ‘in less than 24 hours’ soon.

Because my list for people I’m inviting to our in-person audition is almost full!

Your Video Mission:
Record a short video (90 seconds or less) on your phone. No prep needed — just press record and go.
Here’s what to do:
Pretend the camera is a group of children who are scattered, distracted, and mid-snack.
Show us how you pull them in and get them excited to play with you. You choose how — a game, a silly challenge, a mysterious object, an adventure. Whatever feels most like you.
Think: charismatic camp counselor, not mystical fairy. We want to see children feel like they can jump in and play with you immediately because you are a confident, teacher-like leader.
How to submit:
- Record on your phone
- Upload to YouTube and set it to Unlisted (not private — private means I can’t view it)
- Email the link to meadow@happilyeverlaughter.com
