1️⃣ The Treasure Map Mystery

Show us how you’d gather a group of 15 children aged 4-7. Make it feel exciting, like they are about to go on the most important adventure of their lives.

You just found a super important treasure map but… oh no! The pieces are all jumbled.

You need the kids’ help to act out clues, solve silly riddles, or even do a “treasure dance” to unlock the next step.

Be playful and bounce off their energy like you’re on an adventure together!

2️⃣ The Ultimate, Goofiest Game Leader

Show us how you’d gather a group of 15 children aged 4-7. They might be scattered, distracted, or mid-snack—how do you quickly get their attention in a fun way?

Imagine you’re leading a game for a group of kids who are starting to get restless.

How do you snap them back into excitement mode?

Maybe you introduce a ridiculous challenge (e.g., “EVERYONE IS A CHICKEN NOW! CLUCK YOUR WAY TO THE FINISH LINE!”) or playfully overreact when someone wins.

Show us how you keep the fun going even when kids get distracted.

3️⃣ The Super Serious, Super Silly Magic Object

Show us how you’d gather a group of 15 children aged 4-7. You just found something absolutely incredible, and you need to get them all in on it!

You’ve discovered a mysterious object (a puppet, balloon animal, or random household item).

But here’s the twist: it has totally ridiculous powers that ONLY work in the funniest way possible.

Maybe it turns people into “slow-motion dancers” every time they touch it, or it gives you a superpower that only works when everyone sings off-key together.

Have fun, make the kids feel like they’re in on the joke, and keep the energy up!

What To Show Us:

Be high-energy, silly, and positive to show you can draw children in immediately. Think ‘I’m a charismatic camp counselor’ rather than a mystical, ethereal being. The goal is to show that you can make children feel like they can jump in and play with you right away—like you’re their fun, playful new best friend.

Deadline:
Your mission must be completed by Friday at 3:00 pm (sooner is even better).

How to Record:

1. Record your audition on your phone.
2. Upload it to YouTube.
3. Set it to ‘Unlisted’ (not ‘private’ *important* if you list it as private I will not be able to view your audition).

How To Sumit:

1. Email the unlisted YouTube link to me at meadow@happilyeverlaughter.com

2. After you submission results from me, your next step will be to:

   1. Open the audition confirmation email that you’ll get from us (Subject line: Your Name…are you still coming? [RESPONSE REQUIRED]  )
   2. Select ‘yes’ to confirm your attendance to confirm your participation in this round, even though you won’t attend in person.
   3. That will officially enter you into this hiring round in our system.  
   4. If you don’t see the email, do a search for that subject line. Also, check spam.
