Level 1: Begins at your first paid training day and ends after you receive 3 positive reviews from 3 events.
There are approx 25 hours of paid training in this level.
Most employees take 1 month to complete this level.
Level 2: Begins after you receive 3 positive reviews from 3 events and ends after you graduate from Faerie Academy (your paid training program here).
There are approx 40 hours of paid training in this level.
Most employees take 2 months to complete this level.
Level 3: Begins after you graduate from Faerie Academy.
