Non-refundable retainer (50%):
This was earned upon booking and covers performer scheduling, preparation, and administrative costs already invested in your event.
Transferable credit (50%):
This portion can be applied to a new date if you reschedule more than 3 hours before your event.

If it is within 12 hours of your initial reservation payment, request to add ‘Payment Protection’ to make your reservation 100% transferable.
