What Happens Next?
On the day of your virtual interview, open your confirmation email to find the link to the online meeting.
After your interview, we’ll reach out to you to let you know if you’re invited to our callbacks (at 10am – date TBD).
Our callbacks are held at our headquarters (we call it the Faerie Office 🧚♀️) in Santa Cruz, CA.
During the callbacks, you’ll play some simple drama games with us and meet your fellow applicants.
Don’t worry, unlike a lot of callbacks, you won’t be competing for a specific job here, so just relax and have fun!
If you have a successful callback, you’ll be hired on the spot and start training that very day!
You’ll attend two classes (Balloon Twisting and Face Painting!), which will end at 5pm.

Like we mentioned before, if you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual interview (or not attend callbacks if you have been invited), please don’t ‘ghost’ us! We’re afraid of ghosts! 👻 Just let us know and we’re happy to help.
